BroadSoft Inc., announced a partnership that will assist service providers with key challenges they face in a successful launch of new services. Under terms of the agreement, UTC Associates becomes an integrator for the BroadSoft suite of products, including hosted PBX, IP Centrex, IP Trunking, Mobile PBX, residential broadband voice and collaborative conferencing.
Telecom service providers and corporations looking to deploy or support services based on next generation technologies may now choose UTC Associates for their network planning, BroadWorks network and system implementation, custom application development, systems integration, operational support, product development acceleration, business continuity and disaster recovery planning needs.
UTC helps clients make informed decisions on initial viability of VoIP solutions into the existing environment while reducing the time delays and cost associated with implementing a VoIP infrastructure. UTC works with their clients to develop a strategic plan that will essentially produce an achievable time frame to roll out the VoIP solution. By outsourcing the development to UTC, service providers are able to rapidly produce a VoIP solution, select vendors and operationalize the service offering. UTC will even provide an overlay operations team to quickly turn-up service while providing knowledge transfer.
