GTX Global Corporation, a leading provider of innovative IP multimedia technologies that enable profitable IP communications announced that GTX Global has entered a Software Licensing Agreement with Govalin Corporation of Lugano, Switzerland, granting Govalin the right to sell and distribute GTX Global's voice and video over IP (VVoIP) conferencing software in the European Union.
