Allworx to Break VoIP Barriers at VON Spring 2006

At the upcoming Spring 2006 VON Conference & Expo, Allworx (www.allworx.com) will unveil a broad array of new solutions that shatter the previous price and functionality barriers that have kept small businesses from mass acceptance of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony.

Allworx's new solutions expand and enhance its proven product lineup and give small businesses more ways to make an affordable, risk-free transition to VoIP technology, while boosting productivity. At its show booth (#725), Allworx will display for the first time:

  • A revolutionary VoIP and analog phone/communications system, providing small businesses a true VoIP replacement for their traditional (TDM) phone systems -- at a comparable price to traditional systems.
  • A new, easy-to-use software-based answering solution -- which can be employed with any Allworx phone -- that eliminates the need to purchase an expensive attendant phone to get the power of enterprise attendant functions.
  • A new multi-line telephone that expands the Allworx line of affordably priced VoIP telephones and is targeted at users with low call volumes. As with other Allworx phones, this offering provides true PBX and key system functions for on and off site users.
"At the VON show, we will showcase our complete VoIP product portfolio that redefines how small businesses will transition from analog to VoIP technology," said George E. Daddis Jr., CEO and President of InSciTek Microsystems, Allworx's parent company. "The new Allworx solutions and technology we are unveiling, coupled with our existing products, break the barriers on price and functionality and give small businesses a powerful, cost-effective gateway to VoIP telephony."

The Spring VON Conference in San Jose, Calif. (March 14-17) is the largest VoIP exhibition in the world. Over 350 companies will exhibit at the show, which will take place at the San Jose Convention Center.
