Iperia, Inc., a leading provider of network communications services to emerging and major service providers implementing VoIP networks, announced that
SNIP has implemented its ActivEdge solution to expand the CLEC's offerings to small businesses by adding VoIP-based services, voicemail and auto attendant.
"We didn't have service offerings in these areas until we were introduced to Iperia," said Kyle Thomas, Director of Telecommunications Operations for SNIP, which provides telecommunications to small businesses in New Jersey, Delaware and the Philadelphia metropolitan area. "Now we can offer our business subscribers an economical solution that takes them into VoIP and rich feature sets that address today's requirements in business communications."
Using Iperia's ActivEdge product suite, SNIP has initially launched small business services that include VoIP, voicemail and auto attendant. In the near future, SNIP plans to add fax and conferencing.
"We needed to provide our small business customers with affordable communications options for the twenty-first century, while backing this with solid service and support," said Thomas. "Our partnership with Iperia has helped us to do this. We have found Iperia to be a reliable, responsive and service-oriented organization."
SNIP's rapid deployment of Iperia ActivEdge services to its customers has given it quick time to market in a highly competitive environment.
"The ActivEdge solution easily integrated with our Sylantro system," said Thomas. "Now we have outstanding reliability, redundant SUN servers with failover capability and carrier grade services. The granularity of the Iperia products also allows us to customize capabilities like auto attendant for each individual business customer that we serve and this creates customer satisfaction. As we move into services like fax and conferencing, we are confident in Iperia's solutions and in its responsiveness as a business partner."
Iperia's carrier-class ActivEdge software rapidly delivers capabilities like VoIP, Web-based voicemail, fax messaging, auto attendant and unified messaging to network service providers. Its applications are packaged as industry standard, off-the-shelf hardware components and are backed with a full complement of installation, training and support services for a turn-key solution. The results for customers are lower implementation risk and dramatically faster time-to-market with new services.
"Iperia is pleased to welcome SNIP as a partner and to provide new generation services and features that SNIP can present to its business customers," said Jonathan Ross, president of Iperia. "Our goal is to deliver value-added services to local exchange carriers like SNIP that give them a competitive edge in their markets. We will continue to support their efforts and to be there in the future as they continue to bring online more services for their customers."
