TalkSwitch Rolls Out Updated Attendant Console Application

TalkSwitch releases Attendant Console version 1.1. Specifically engineered to take advantage of the new features in the recently released TalkSwitch software 5.0, Attendant Console 1.1 offers automatic discovery of TalkSwitch systems on the network, a complete view of the call queue and the status of lines and extensions operating within the system and all the call control users have come to expect from TalkSwitch.

The application features drag-and-drop park, paging and hold, as well as the ability to monitor call duration and status allowing the user to see how long callers have been in the system. The popular instant messaging capability has been updated to provide an even smoother experience.
