when it works its fine, but if it dont youll spend 2 hours plus with tech support going round and round trying to figure things out. I wont be renewing

It works well for me. Lots of features and easy to set up. Once in awhile it echos, but 95% of the time it's working perfectly. I'm saving $30-$40/month, so it is worth it for me.

I spent 2 hrs. trying to install this item. I am returning the equiptment today!
