Pulvermedia Names Event Line-Up for Second Half of 2007
Pulvermedia
announces its line-up of events for the remainder of 2007. This schedule includes the addition of new conferences at familiar VON locations, and it also includes the launch of events in new markets for Pulvermedia, representing growth on multiples, within, and beyond the IP-communications industry.
Pulvermedia's expanded line-up of IP-communications-based events for 2007 includes:
1. The Fixed Mobile Convergence Conference, September 5-7, in Chicago. This event will help enterprises lean how to extend their fixed-line networks to mobile devices, in order to boost worker productivity and reduce cellular/mobile costs.
2. VON Europe Autumn, September 25-27, in Rome. As the new destination for Pulvermedia's Fall European events, Rome plays host to Europe's leading telecommunications executives, who will share their insights regarding the direction of the IP communications industry in Europe.
3. Video on the Net Europe, September 25-27, in Rome Italy. The fifth installation of this highly successful program will discuss the way in which the Internet is changing TV, broadcast and film.
4. VON Israel, October 14-15, Tel Aviv. The second annual event returns to the birthplace of VoIP to deliver inspiring discussions from the pioneers of Internet communications.
5. Fall 2007 VON, October 29-November 1, in Boston. The industry's premier IP communications event is bigger and better than ever, through the addition of several new conferences and events on the expo floor.
6. Fall 2007 Video on the Net, October 29-October 31, in Boston. The sixth installment of this groundbreaking event will feature more extensive content and technologies for entertainment and Internet media.
7. The Unified Communications Conference, October 30-31, in Boston - will discuss how integrated technologies improve productivity and enhance the bottom line.
8. The Mobile Security Conference, October 30-31, in Boston - will address the security risks associated with outfitting a mobile workforce.
9. Digium/Asterisk World, October 30-31, in Boston - is the premier event focused exclusively on open source platforms and applications.
10. VONDEX, October 30-31, in Boston will establish a new marketplace, where service providers, equipment manufacturers, and users of the technology can come together to do business.
11. The New Market Peering Conference, November 28-30, in Orlando - will discuss what carriers, and an assortment of third party partners have in store for the next generation of network connectivity.
12. VON Japan, November 29-30, Tokyo. VON returns to Tokyo for its second installment, to address all the latest issues in IP communications, including smart devices, and an array of IP- based services.
In addition to these IP-Communications focused events, Pulvermedia has also expanded into new markets, via acquisitions and partnerships, to deliver the following events later this year:
13. The Foreword Financial Expo - September 5-7 in Chicago. Since acquiring Foreword Financial in late 2006, Pulvermedia has worked extensively to expand and host the fifth installment of the Foreword Financial Expo. This event helps financial services and IT executives analyze strategies for traditional and mobile payments, address security issues, and evaluate the latest operations and technology solutions for the financial services industry.
14. The Telemobility Forum, November 14-15, at the Monza International Speedway in Italy, which is Europe's premier tradeshow dedicated to satellite navigation, location based services and telematics. This event will teach attendees more about the latest developments in the Location-Based Services industry, in both professional and consumer sectors.
15. IT-eco World Conference and Expo, December 5-6, at Cobb Galleria in Atlanta, focused on bringing the full technology eco-system - technology buyers and the channel - together to improve business productivity and performance.
