Broadview Networks Wins ''2005 VoIP Service Provider Award'' by INTERNET TELEPHONY Magazine
Broadview Networks
, a leading facilities-based communications provider in the Northeast, announced that it has been named a winner of a "VoIP Service Provider Award" by
Technology Marketing Corporation
(TMC)'s INTERNET TELEPHONY Magazine. With an extensive feature set and intuitive customer self-administration web portal, Broadview's Broadspeed Office Suite sets the standard in functionality, service quality and support for small and medium-sized enterprise customers.
"We are honored to receive recognition for our Broadspeed Office Suite service from a well regarded industry source such as INTERNET TELEPHONY," said Ken Shulman, chief technology officer and chief information officer of Broadview Networks. "Our patented operational systems and processes, coupled with our extensive facilities-based Integrated Voice and Data product offerings and leading-edge VoIP service platform, enable us to provide a unique service quality guarantee on our network."
Broadview has been providing business-class VoIP services since October 2003. Early adopter Michael E. Bergman, principal of Bergman Bergman Goldberg & Lamonsoff, LLP, commented, "In the past year and a half utilizing Broadview's VoIP service, they provided us with a system that more than exceeds our expectations." Bergman added, "Not only have we been able to reduce our monthly bills, we have gained a level of options and services that is truly second to none."
"One of Broadview's strengths in the VoIP service provider industry is that they provide and manage the entire service, from the customer station set right on through the IP access network, core network, and routing of calls to their destination, ensuring a very professional level of service and support," said Rich Tehrani, editor-in-chief of INTERNET TELEPHONY. "Backed with a service level guarantee, Broadview's commitment to provide reliable and affordable hosted VoIP services is clearly evident."
A full list of the winners will appear in the December 2005 issue of INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
