Absolutely love the Netzero Voice. Unfortunately they are not accepting new subscriptions at this time - but here's hoping they do soon. They have all the GREAT features like call waiting, caller ID, voicemail, voicemail to email, check voicemails online, embed voicemails into blog or website, call block, do not disturbe, call forwarding, simetaneous ring, and more! Netzero Voice call quality is awesome too.
