Why does it seem that everyone associated with VoIPs is inefficient, lax, or generally paid by the VoIPs industry to write great things about terrible companies? VoIPreview.org is a worthless website that allows VoIP companies to write their own glowing reviews posing as consumers. It never offers any warnings to consumers based upon the negative reviewsthat are written about certian companies. It never responds to any CONTACT US emails that are written to them with these warnings of poor service, poor customer support, and generally getting ripped off by VoIP companies. What consumers need is a VoIP website that actually investigates VoIP companies to find out where they are REALLY located, what their REAL customers REALLY feel about the service and customer support, and what the REAL overall rating of these companies is. Vonics Digital seems to obe the next Sunrocket to rip off its customer base with its poor service scam. It took many peoples money upfront on annula deals, and then basically shut down its customer service, technical support, and administrative offices - which seem to be located in Pakistan or the Phillipines. When is someone going to investigate this company and WARN consumers away from them? When will VoIP review sites stop allowing Vonics Digital to post its own positive reviews that conflict withthe negative reviews of so many REAL customers?

Interesting post Brad. I am the owner of <a href="http://www.voip-people.info">VoIP-People.info</a> and am taking your advice during production of the site. Hopefully we will be able to offer real reviews by real people. That is the goal. Feel free to stop by and post any comments you have about this new community based site. I'm happy to take suggestions to make the information at VoIP-People as accurate as possible for people to make an informed decision.
