About
VoiceNetworkx Brings VoIP Services to Southern California.
VoiceNetworkx
announces its entry into the public marketplace. Completing the entry into the public marketplace is the next step in VoiceNetworkx strategic positioning, marketing, development and growth as one of southern California and North America's fastest growing providers of wholesale telecommunications and broadband services.
VoiceNetworkx is a Data and Voice over Broadband Technology Company based in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. VoiceNetworkx' focus is to develop and market VOIP products and services, and internet technologies applications across the Americas. The Company's model is based on the development of distribution channels for business applications and services. VoiceNetworkx focuses research and development on the business trends that signal opportunity for positioning technology products and services for the Small and Mid-Size Businesses as well as select government and multinational enterprise size clients, and provides a robust architecture and quality of service that no traditional DSL provider can deliver.
VoiceNetworkx' primary goal is to secure a clear competitive advantage to offer its customers superior products, services and support both in North America and Latin America. VoiceNetworkx provides Internet Telephony services for over 2,000 users, both corporate and consumers in the United States, Canada and Mexico and has developed significant insight, expertise and business relationships in Mexico and other Latin American countries. VoiceNetworkx currently edits the only Spanish language VoIP industry magazine in the world, ForumVoIP de Mexico. The publication prints monthly with 30,000 copies distributed in Mexico and Latin America every month. It is regarded as the leader in research and analysis about the VoIP industry and the regulatory arena in the region.
Using VoIP technology, the Company delivers communications services to residential and business customers across the United States and Mexico. VoiceNetworkx is best known for its "Talk as long as you like" rate plans, which allow customers to spend time on the phone knowing their call will not exceed a pre-set maximum charge. Being among the pioneers of telecommunications such as VoIP, Cellular over IP and IP Video Conferencing services over the same network, VoiceNetworkx has built a reputation for providing its customers with outstanding quality and customer service.
The bulk of VoiceNetworkx' current revenues come from routing calls originated in the United States and Canada terminating in Mexico. This is referred to as the VoIP Wholesale market for Mexico. This market is very price sensitive and the Company has experienced large increases in revenues over the last year as it has managed to provide this Wholesale VoIP market at increasingly competitive rates. VoiceNetworkx also generates additional revenue by offering services to the retail market. This is a profitable market but requires additional investment. At this time the Company has not provided services in volume to this market but plans to do so in the near future.
In discussing the entry of the Company into the public marketplace, CEO and President, Dr. Malcolm Leal, stated, "VoiceNetworkx will become the premier wireless broadband and voice over IP provider in the markets that it serves, providing cutting edge connectivity services to business and individuals through superior service and a solution-centered strategic approach. The public markets provide us opportunities to grow but also to provide opportunities for investors who wish to participate in our growth in the coming years."
