Raketu Eliminates the Cost of International Calling via its RakWeb VoIP
Raketu
announces it has extended its free calling promotion allowing consumers to make free phone-to-phone calls globally via its RakWeb VoIP telephony service. RakWeb is entirely web-based and does not require consumers to download any software. Consumers can access RakWeb from any Web browser, enter their own phone number, then enter the destination number, and Raketu connects the lines. Raketu is currently offering 600 minutes of free calling each month for three months to locations globally within the company’s free calling zones.
“Through this promotion, Raketu has effectively eliminated the cost of international calling for consumers globally,” said Greg Parker, CEO of Raketu Communications. “Now if a consumer wants to make a call from their mobile phone in the United States to a landline in the United Kingdom, using RakWeb they have 600 minutes of talk time absolutely free.”
Free Calling Details
Raketu users who make a payment of $9.95, $24.95 or $49.95 to use towards Raketu’s ultra-low calling rates globally are now eligible to use their 1200 free calling minutes per month for three months towards RakWeb phone-to-phone calls. Raketu currently offers free calling to over 40 countries around the world. Consumers can access RakWeb from any Web browser at Raketu.com (for PCs) and Raketu.mobi (for mobile devices). Consumers simply enter their own phone number, then enter the destination number, and Raketu connects the lines allowing free talk time to locations globally within the company’s free calling zones. Free minutes can be used in two ways:
User calls two numbers to connect a call (their number and the person they are calling), both of which are listed in Raketu’s free calling locations, user has up to 600 minutes total free talk time per month for three months
User calls one number in free calling zone, and the second number is not in the free calling zone, user has up to 1200 minutes of free calling on the free number per month for three months, regular rates apply to the other number
If a user calls two numbers and neither is in the free calling zones, Raketu’s regular low rates apply. See
www.Raketu.com
for a list of free zones and for details.
