When Shopping for a Internet Phone Service try VoipReview.org
VoipReview.org
, the first and most complete comparison shopping and information source for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) or broadband phone service, has launched an interactive online search tool for consumers shopping for VoIP service. The site helps consumers and businesses find, compare and purchase VoIP phone service based on price, features, local availability and VoIP plan ratings. More than 100,000 consumers visit VoipReview.org each month to gather information and purchase VoIP service from the industry's leading providers, including MyPhoneCompany, Packet8, SunRocket, Voip.net and Vonage.
"An estimated 22 million households will switch to VoIP by 2010, and these consumers need good information about providers and plans to make smart buying decisions," said Eric Laughlin, chief operating officer of VoipReview.org. "VoipReview.org is an objective, easy-to-use resource for people at any stage of the VoIP purchasing process, from those who are learning the basics of VoIP and how it works to existing users looking for a new provider or plan. The site offers straightforward, independent information to help consumers get the best deal on VoIP service, every time."
Visitors to VoipReview.org can learn the basics of VoIP technology and how it works, who benefits most from using VoIP phone service, what equipment they will need, how calls are placed and received along with answers to dozens of the most frequently asked questions about VoIP. Site visitors can also search for VoIP providers and plans in their area, post questions for other users, read actual user reviews and click through to VoIP provider Web sites to order service.
"Consumers come to VoipReview.org for access to reliable, independent information," said Laughlin. "Visitors can interact with other VoIP users, read and post reviews, and find out which provider is best suited for them, based on their individual needs and location."
VoipReview.org was originally launched in 2003, when tech savvy, early adopter consumers needed reliable, independent information to navigate emerging VoIP technology. Now, as the number of VoIP users in the United States nears 4 million, VoipReview.org is leading the effort to educate all consumers about the features and benefits of VoIP.
