AccessLine Launches New SmartVoicePlus Service in Seattle
AccessLine Communications
, a leading provider of hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, announced SmartVoicePlus Service, a new retail service that further expands AccessLine's growing SmartVoice Service portfolio. SmartVoicePlus is initially available in Seattle area markets, but will be rolled out to other cities across the country in coming months.
As with SmartVoice, SmartVoicePlus is a hosted VoIP service that delivers the benefits of advanced business telephone service at a fraction of the cost. However, SmartVoicePlus is specifically designed and built for smaller businesses with between four and 24 employees at any office location. In addition, SmartVoicePlus is targeted at businesses that do not have a key system or PBX currently, or would like to eliminate their current key system or PBX. SmartVoicePlus Service offers as much as 50 percent savings over a traditional business phone system package, depending on a business's usage patterns and equipment. Combining local, long distance, and toll free phone service with the ability to work with any current analog phones a small business may have, AccessLine's SmartVoicePlus Service delivers savings, enhanced features, and easy web-based management tools.
"Until now, many small or brand new businesses have not had the opportunity to enjoy the advanced communications services that large companies take for granted," said Fred Epler, Chief Scientist for AccessLine. "With SmartVoicePlus Service, a business can skip the expense of purchasing a phone system, because SmartVoicePlus comes with all the features of an advanced phone system without that expense. New or very small businesses can spend the money they would have spent on a phone system on building their business instead. SmartVoicePlus comes with a dedicated broadband circuit to ensure top quality; all of these benefits, in combination with AccessLine's award winning customer service, clearly make SmartVoicePlus a smart business decision."
SmartVoicePlus Service is currently available in many Washington markets, including Bellevue, Bremerton, Des Moines, East Hill, East Port Orchard, Federal Way, Kent, Kirkland, Lacey, Olympia, Pacific, Parkwood, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Renton, Riverton, Seattle, Shelton, Silverdale, Thompson Place, Tukwila, Tumwater, Alderwood Manor, Brier, Duvall, Edmonds, Everett, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Martha Lake, Marysville, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, North Creek, North Marysville, Paine Field-lake Stickney, Picnic Point-north Lynnwood, Redmond, Seattle Hill-Silver Firs, West Lake, and Stevens.
