Partnership Brings VoIP Services and Video Sharing to Taiwan

globe7-logo.gifA partnership bringing free video sharing and VoIP services to Taiwan was announced Friday by Globe7 and ChinaTimes.com.

The agreement will allow ChinaTimes.com to provide users with Globe7’s free Internet calling to 25 countries as well as free sharing and downloading of pictures, videos and music. One of Taiwan’s largest domestically owned Websites, ChinaTimes.com is the fourth largest recipient of online advertising in Taiwan.

“Taiwan is a very important market and we are extremely happy to launch these new services,” said Clayton Haswell, Globe7’s president and CEO. “This is a key partnership for Globe7. ChinaTimes is a major media company and we are pleased to add them to our growing Asia media network.”

“Globe7 has some of the most innovative web 2.0 services,” said Ader Su, Associate Vice President of ChinaTimes.com. “ChinaTimes can rely on them to better serve our customers. We are really looking forward to our co-operation.”
