OnSIP announce has won a 2011 American Business Award (Stevie) for Best Management Team of the Year – Product Development. The company, now providing VoIP services to over 10,000 accounts, impressed the panel of judges with its the continued improvement and innovation to its Hosted VoIP service – OnSIP. This is the second consecutive year that the company has been recognized by the organization; in 2010, the service’s browser interface My.OnSIP was recognized as Product of the Year.

Pervasip has sent notice to an investor to buy out a convertible debt instrument, which allows the investor to convert approximately $100,000 of debt into common stock at a 45% discount to market. Pervasip has also converted $224,000 of debt on its balance sheet into common stock, at a price of $0.08 per share.

The company's transfer agent reports that total shares outstanding as of June 16, 2011 are 46,601,463, 3,690,154 of which are in certificate form and 42,911,309 are held in brokerage accounts. A total of 43,175,587 are considered free trading shares.

Rave Mobile Safety announced that its Smart911 technology is seeing rapid nationwide adoption, including numerous municipalities in over 13 states including, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. Smart911 allows citizens to enter personal information online, which is then automatically available to a 9-1-1 call taker, in the event they call 9-1-1. All counties are seeing immediate benefits of making the Smart911 service available to their citizens.

Flint Telecom updated its shareholders and potential investors on the status of previously announced letters of intent to acquire three U.S. based VoIP and telecom service providers.

On March 3, 2011 Flint announced a completed letter of intent to acquire a regional VoIP service provider with annual revenues in excess of $2 million currently growing at 50% per year with positive net income. On April 4, 2011 Flint announced a completed letter of intent to acquire a second service provider recording annual revenues of approximately $1.5 million per year and also generating positive net income. At the time of the announcements it was anticipated that these transactions would close within 60 days. This has not yet occurred due to Flint management's focus on successfully completing its Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (the "SEC"), which went effective on June 10, 2011. On June 13, 2011, Flint announced an additional letter of intent to acquire the assets of a third telecom service provider with current annual revenues of $3 million and 10% net income. All of the above providers have existing customers, sustained revenue streams and positive net income from delivering next generation VoIP and data services to small and medium sized enterprises within the United States. With its first Form S-1 registration process now completed, management will refocus on completing these acquisitions as soon as possible and continue to expand the pipeline of additional acquisitions planned for 2011.

Adaptive Digital releases the newest version of AnVoice software, a VoIP Engine for Android. This version includes enhanced voice quality features such as G.722 (wideband audio) with packet loss concealment and dynamic jitter buffer. AnVoice works in a wide variety of Android-based handsets, such as DROID by Motorola, DROID 2 by Motorola, DROID X by Motorola, Nexus One, and Samsung Galaxy in both handset and speakerphone modes.

AnVoice, Adaptive Digital’s VoIP Engine for the Android is a software package that provides voice to Android. It includes all of the voice processing necessary to VoIP-enable an Android application. KeyOn Communications’ largest and controlling shareholder is California Equity, an entity controlled by Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong. Dr. Soon-Shiong, having built and sold two multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical companies in the past few years including Abraxis BioScience to Celgene Corporation, is a physician, scientist and philanthropist who has made clear his intention to develop a comprehensive “health information highway system” throughout the United States.

Voiceserve has entered into a contract for its Mobile VoIP Dialer with one of the largest and fastest growing mobile carriers in the Middle East with currently over 22 million subscribers. The Middle Eastern cellular phone company will offer Voiceserve's award winning mobile dialer software through a private label initiative under its own brand name. Both companies have been working on this initiative over the past several months and plan to launch the offering this month.

Voice over IP now has over 120 million subscribers worldwide, according to the latest analysis from Point Topic, and its growth looks set to accelerate as predictions indicate a $40 billion annual VoIP market by 2015.

Point Topic's data revealed a global growth in VoIP of 12.6% during 2010 and shows that there is plenty of headroom left for VoIP * around the world.

"The growth of VoIP has been bumpy but shows signs of acceleration," said John Bosnell, Senior Analyst at Point Topic. "VoIP has all the hallmarks of a classic substitution commodity. This is where customers look at the service that is delivered by a new product and decide that it meets, or exceeds, the service they are currently receiving and when it is appropriately priced they will switch from one to the other."

Flint Telecom has completed a Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of a telecom company providing services to small and medium enterprises and other groups in the United States. Under the terms of the non-binding letter of intent, Flint Telecom will acquire all of the customers, equipment, contracts and operating licenses on completion of definitive agreements and required regulatory filings.

The assets being acquired are currently generating positive net income of approximately 10% on annual revenues in excess of $3 million. When consolidated with other announced and pending acquisitions, operating costs should be further reduced due to shared common services and network cost reductions that are expected to further improve net income.
