The entire line of Tenor MultiPath Switches and Gateways will now be fully upgradable to this newest release. General Bandwidth, a leading Voice over IP (VoIP) equipment manufacturer enabling rapid deployment and new service revenue generation over broadband networks, has been selected by Falcon Broadband, a fiber-to-the-premises, cable, and wireless service provider based in Colorado, to enable the launch of its SIP-based Voice over IP (VoIP) service offering.

Falcon Broadband is deploying this new service to customers over its own broadband networks as well as other broadband networks, using General Bandwidth's G6(R) Universal Media Gateway in conjunction with a SIP-based Next Generation call control platform.
